The Cottages

Is it recommended: Yes, this is one of the nicer complexes around campus and has plenty of parking without risking yourself or your guests being towed. The Cottages are close to both the school and the church which is a bonus. The rooms are spacious, there is an in-unit washer and dryer, and the fact that utilities are included in the rent makes this a great first-time apartment as you only have to worry about one bill.

• Huge kitchen with nice appliances

• Spacious rooms with private bathrooms

• In-unit washer and dryer

• Utilities are included in the monthly rent

• Close to campus 

Things to look out for:

• Random fines

• Poor communication with the Landlord

• Frequent parties

• Dangerous to pull out of the driveway

• There is no real way to track rent payments, no payment portal 

• You need to know someone to get on the list as they do not have a website and do all things through email
