  Step 2: In order to complete the Retreat registration, YOU MUST register for the retreat with CSU. They have been instructed not to charge you. If you are registering and you get charged, please stop and contact me.

  School: Select other: A blank box will pop up;
  type University of West Florida or UWF in the blank box.
  
  When prompted to pay on CSU's end, select:
  "Request Scholarship" the cost will drop to $0.

  In Case Of Emergency, and in the event that I am not coherent or conscious, I hereby grant Nativity of our Lord Parish Priests permission to act on my behalf in seeking emergency medical treatment for myself in the event that such treatment is deemed necessary. I hereby give permission to emergency and hospital personnel to release information on my condition to Nativity of our Lord Parish personnel.
  
  I hereby give my permission to those administering medical treatment to do so.
  
  I further absolve and release Nativity of Our Lord Parish, its Pastor, employees, and volunteers, as well as the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee and its employees, and the Catholic Student Union, from any liability whatsoever when acting on my behalf in regard to medical treatment, and in any other respect deemed necessary should I become incapacitated.

  Please leave homework and other distractions at home; this is a weekend for you and God.
  
  A pillow and sleeping bag (or a blanket and sheets)

  a towel for the weekend (be prepared for rain)
  
  A flashlight for walking to your cabin after dark.
  
  Snacks to share with the group (cookies, chips, whatever)
  
  Your Bible (we’ll provide you with a Bible if you don't have one)

  College students just like yourself (ages 18-24).
