By renting the CCM Kayaks and all the equipment that comes with the rental, you are agreeing to take responsibility for any damage or anything associated with the damage. CCM is not responsible for any damage to your personal property from the Kayaks, such as your car, during transport. You are responsible for pick up and drop off. You will return the Kayak and equipment clean.
