In 2013 we instituted the St. Augustine Award to honor a student who had demonstrated zeal and a firm commitment to growing closer to Christ through prayer and personal conversion. Our hope is to affirm the dedication to discipleship that we all strive after and to hold up these recipients as healthy examples for others to be inspired by.
In honor of the great saint dedicated to the formation of young people, especially college students. Bl. John Newman's devotion to fostering faith on campus has become synonymous with our work. The recipient of this award is honored for their dedication to our ministry. Often they exemplify a commitment that involves countless hours of service, being an encouragement to their brothers and sisters, and exemplary leadership.
In 2022 we instituted the St. John Paul II Theology of the Body Scholarship to help the students form a healthy view of human anthropology. With this scholarship, students attend the Head and Heart Immersion course at the Theology of the Body Institute. The scholarship requires an application, an essay, an interview, and giving a presentation to their peers upon returning.
