Msgr. Bosso was born and raised in Pensacola, FL, where he was ordained a priest in 1978. He served at the Co-Cathedral of St. Thomas More and was the Catholic Campus Minister for FSU from 1978-1981. He has served with St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary since 1985 as Faculty and Formation Council Member. Also as Rector and President from 2000 to 2005. From 2011 to 2013, he served as Pastor of St. Rose of Lima in Milton, FL. In 2013 he returned to St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary to serve as a professor of Sacred Scripture and Homiletics.
Msgr. Bosso earned his BA and Master of Divinity at the Pontifical College Josephinum in Worthington, Ohio, and earned his Licentiate of Sacred Scripture at the Pontifical Biblical Institute. He also attended the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Most recently, he completed a Doctorate in Ministry in Homiletics from the Aquinas Institute in 2018.
He is currently a retired Priest, enjoying his time being home in the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee.
