I was born in Abilene, Texas, the oldest and wisest of three children. My father worked for the Army and the Air Force, so like many military families, we traveled quite a bit. After I graduated high school in England, my father was transferred to Eglin AFB. I attended Okaloosa-Walton Junior College and then completed my studies at UWF in 1983.
I attended St. Vincent de Paul Seminary and was ordained in May of 1988 and assigned to Blessed Sacrament Parish in Tallahassee. I took a leave from ministry while in Tallahassee. I worked for the State of Florida for 24 years and retired when I was accepted back into active ministry. I was assigned to St. Rose of Lima Parish for the past four years and am so happy to be back home at Nativity.
