Sister Susan Francis grew up outside Dallas, TX, with her seven brothers and sisters. She attended Creighton University in Omaha, NE, until she heard God’s invitation to leave all and follow Him. In 2006, she entered the religious congregation of the Apostles of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, founded by Blessed Clelia Merloni, and professed perpetual vows in 2014. She has served as a registered nurse, religious educator, and vocation discernment guide in Connecticut, Missouri, and Benin, West Africa. Her bucket list includes whale watching, rafting the Colorado River, and making a pilgrimage to Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico City. Sister Susan Francis is excited to come to Pensacola and see how God is working at CCM!
