• The stairs leading up to the apartment are carpeted (outside) and extremely dirty

• The office manager is unprofessional: does not return emails/calls

• Road noise while in your room is loud

• The ceilings and walls are thin so you can hear everyone above you

Is it recommended: No, you have to park off-site and walk anywhere between 1/2 -2 miles to get to your room. If you park in their lot, even for just 10 minutes, your car will be towed costing anywhere between $250-$300. They tell you to park on the side of the road, which is illegal and will earn you a ticket that you must pay.
